Kevin – Founder & Chief Medal Polisher

Kevin is the captain of the ship and the original medal mounter — the one who turned a passion for honouring service into Empire Medals. From the very first display to the thousands that have followed, he’s been hands-on every step of the way.

Wearing more hats than he’d care to count, Kevin oversees everything from design concepts and production processes to quality control and dispatch (and yes, even snack procurement). His standards set the benchmark for the team — every medal mounted with precision, every display finished with pride.

Driven by heart, hard work and a genuine respect for the stories behind each medal, Kevin leads the business with integrity and a commitment to craftsmanship. And when he’s not in the workshop? He’s running an equally lively operation at home — two kids, two very vocal dogs, and just as much organised chaos.

Sausage- Office Dog & Chief Happiness Officer

Sausage also serves as our in-house model, proudly showcasing our dog bandanas with effortless charm. Always camera-ready and tail-wag approved, Sausage makes sure every design passes the all-important comfort, style, and cuteness test.

Eve – General Manager

Eve oversees the day-to-day running of Empire Medals, ensuring everything behind the scenes works together seamlessly and standards remain consistently high. From managing workflows to keeping production on track, she plays a key role in making sure each order moves smoothly from start to finish.

She supports and organises the team, helping everyone stay focused, motivated and working collaboratively. And while she keeps operations running efficiently, she’s also the one who never forgets a birthday — making sure milestones are celebrated just as thoughtfully as the medals we mount.

Eve’s steady oversight helps ensure every customer receives a finished piece they can feel proud of.

Becki- Customer Experience Manager

Becki is the heart behind every smooth and successful order at Empire Medals. As our Customer Experience Manager, she makes sure every medal, award, and personalised gift is sent with care and attention — and that every customer feels supported from start to finish.

Whether it’s handling special requests, answering questions, or helping with last-minute changes, Becki always goes the extra mile. Her friendly approach and commitment to great service make gifting effortless, meaningful, and memorable for every customer.

Daniella – Designer

Daniella turns your medal display ideas into beautifully crafted reality. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for fonts, layouts and balance, she brings structure and elegance to every design.From service medals to regimental tributes, she works to create designs that honour achievement, heritage and personal history with precision and respect.

Her focus is always on producing displays that feel timeless, refined and worthy of the stories they represent.

Tanya – Master Embroiderer

With needle and thread in hand, Tanya carefully brings medals and memories together in beautifully stitched perfection. Detail-focused and proud of it, she ensures every ribbon is mounted with precision and every display reflects the honour it represents. Her craftsmanship transforms service history into something truly worthy of display.

Tui – Master Embroiderer

Meticulous, creative and impressively efficient, Tui adds skill and care to every medal display she works on. With a steady hand and sharp eye for alignment, she ensures each stitch is perfectly placed. Her dedication helps turn treasured medals into lasting tributes.

Corane – Framer of Glory

Corane ensures every finished medal display looks its absolute best. With an expert eye for balance, symmetry and presentation, she carefully frames each piece so it’s ready to hang with pride. From final checks to flawless finishing touches, she makes sure every display leaves looking exceptional.

Taylor – Production and Fulfilment Specialist

Taylor is an essential part of our production floor, helping bring personalised designs to life from start to finish. From managing orders to packing them securely for delivery, she ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Working across sublimation printing and engraving, Taylor has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing clean, accurate finishes on every item. Her organised approach and dedication help maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Lexie – Production and Fulfilment Specialist

Lexie plays a key role in turning customer orders into beautifully finished products. She oversees order processing, carefully prepares items for dispatch, and ensures every parcel leaves our studio looking just right.

With expertise in sublimation printing and engraving, Lexie focuses on precision and consistency, making sure each personalised detail is applied to the highest standard. Her commitment to quality helps guarantee that every customer receives something truly special.
