- Choose whether to add an emblem
The artwork can be ordered without an emblem for £100 or with an optional laser-cut, hand-painted emblem for an additional £15.
- Receive your email proof
We will prepare your personalised design and email you a low-resolution PDF proof.
- Review and approve
Check the ribbon colours, layout and optional emblem carefully. Multiple proof amendments are included—we want you to be completely happy with the design.
- Production begins
Your artwork will only enter production after you have approved the proof.

A low-resolution PDF proof will be sent to the email address supplied with your order.
Please review the design carefully and reply to confirm your approval. Multiple amendments are included at no additional cost—we will continue refining the proof until you are happy with it.

Production Time
Please allow approximately 28 days from the date your order is placed.
This estimated timescale includes designing, proofing and making your artwork. Production of the physical piece begins after proof approval.
Prompt approval helps us keep your order within the estimated timescale. Delayed responses, substantial design changes or repeated amendments may affect the completion date.
Personalised Product Returns
This artwork is personalised and made specifically to your selections. We are therefore unable to accept returns for a change of mind once production has begun.
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from the approved design. This does not affect your statutory rights.
