Accumulated Campaign Service Full Size Medal CIIIR (ACSM)
The Accumulated Campaign Service Medal CIIIR (ACSM) recognises sustained operational commitment across multiple qualifying campaigns by members of the UK Armed Forces.
The medal is awarded upon completion of 720 days of accumulated service on eligible operations. It reflects continued dedication across deployments rather than a single campaign.

Qualifying service
Service counting towards the ACSM includes qualifying periods from a range of operational medals, including:

Campaign Service Medal (1962–2007) with applicable clasps, including:
- Northern Ireland
- Dhofar
- Lebanon
- Mine Clearance (Gulf of Suez)
- Gulf
- Kuwait
- Northern Iraq & Southern Turkey
- Air Operations Iraq (North & South)

Operational Service Medal (OSM) including:
- Sierra Leone
- Afghanistan
- Democratic Republic of Congo
- Iraq Medal (2003–2011)
- Approved multinational campaign medals from 1 April 2000 onwards
Additional awards
- A bar is awarded for each additional 720 days of qualifying service
- Up to four bars may be worn
- Five or more awards are represented by a rosette
